What if your job gave you the opportunity to help someone gain confidence, try new experiences, and live life on their own terms?

As a Support Worker with Affinity Trust, you'll support people to lead fulfilling and independent lives. Every day is different, and the impact you make is real. Whether you're providing encouragement, helping someone achieve a personal goal, or simply sharing in the activities they enjoy, you'll play an important part in helping people thrive.

You'll be based primarily at our Whitstable location, supporting our gentleman to live the life his way. There will also be occasions where you'll be required to work across our nearby locations in Blean and Herne Bay to provide additional support and cover when needed.

Our gentleman enjoys a variety of activities, including shopping, listening to music, going for drives, playing golf, visiting theme parks, and spending time out in his local community. Your role will be to support people to enjoy the things they love while building confidence, independence, and meaningful connections.

No previous experience is needed. We provide full training and ongoing support, giving you the skills and confidence to support people with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs.
