You'll be supporting ladies and gentlemen across two locations in Staplehurst, helping each person to live the life they choose. The people we support enjoy a variety of activities, including drives out, visiting family and friends, cinema trips, shopping, bowling, and pub lunches. You'll play a key role in helping people stay connected to their communities, maintain meaningful relationships, and enjoy the activities they love.
No previous experience is required. We provide full training and ongoing support, giving you the skills and confidence to support people with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs. What matters most is your kindness, positive attitude, and genuine desire to make a difference.
