We are looking for people to join our teams supporting people living in their own homes across Abingdon and Marcham, Oxfordshire.

You will be working in their home, so it’s important you can connect, share interests and be interested. They enjoy a range of activities both at home and within their local community, so if you enjoy building meaningful relationships and think you could plan, communicate and deliver support with and alongside people, then this is the place for you.

This is a Bank role with shifts available across the week and weekends, including sleep in shifts.

Affinity Trust does not presently hold a Sponsorship Licence and while this status is reviewed regularly there is no present proposal to apply for such a Licence.


What will we do?

We will train you in everything you need to be a great Bank Support Worker. We will apply and pay for your enhanced DBS, and we have a mentorship scheme in place to provide support and guide you on your journey with us.

What will you do?

You will also support people to take medication, assist with personal care, make healthy lifestyle choices and maintain their home in a way that they feel safe, well and happy.
