As we expand our reach and strengthen our impact, we're seeking an experienced, proactive Interim Bids Manager to help us support our already successful team to help us put our best foot forward on some of our most exciting opportunities to date.
This is more than a stopgap. It’s a chance to lead high-stakes bids and make a tangible difference.
You’ll bring your expertise in bid management and funding to support strategic growth, helping us secure the resources we need to provide truly person-centred support to more people across England and Scotland.
What you’ll do
- Lead and coordinate compelling, compliant, and high-value funding proposals
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of bid opportunities
- Collaborate with operational and strategic teams to ensure alignment with our mission
- Support knowledge transfer to incoming permanent team members

- A confident, adaptable bid professional who’s most at home working in public-sector frameworks and local authority bids processes.
- Skilled at turning complex information into clear, persuasive content
- Passionate about inclusive, person-centred support
- Ready to contribute to a purpose-driven charity—even in the short term
