Job Title: Employee Relations (ER) Advisor

Location: Hybrid (x2 days per week in Thame)

Salary: £35,000.00 per annum

Hours: 37.5 per week

Contract Type: Permanent

Do you thrive in a role that combines analytical skills with keeping people at the heart of all you do?

If so, we want YOU to be our next Employee Relations Advisor!

You will form a vital part of our values led People Team and bring passion to everything you do! Whether this is making small talk over the water cooler or in the virtual world, analysing data, developing pivots in Excel, coaching one of your colleagues on an HR matter, supporting on TUPE, stumbling across a problem and fixing it without needing to be asked.

In a fast-paced environment, you will also be continuously juggling priorities, and this won’t phase you. You will have previous experience of supporting numerous HR projects ranging from restructures, consultation, disciplinaries and investigations.

Your experience doesn’t stop there and you’re pretty darn amazing at sickness absence management and knowledgeable when it comes to disability/health conditions which may require reasonable adjustments and all the processes which run alongside this.

What we are looking for from you:

For this role we are looking for someone with a hands-on attitude and a pragmatic approach to problem solving and decision making. You will need to be a true advisor to your stakeholders and able to build strong relationships.

We are looking for someone that is able manage their time effectively and can take the lead on a variety of issues, including grievance, disciplinary, dismissal, and absence/AWOL.

We have a variety of regulators including the CQC and Care Inspectorate that we need to ensure that we comply with, so experience in a regulated environment is critical.

Ready to Make a Difference? If you’re ready to take on a challenge, we want to hear from you!
