Our People Strategy focuses on “putting people first” and we are committed to creating a culture of health, inclusivity, and support. We are looking for a dedicated HR Specialist to join our team and help us navigate the intricate landscape of employee health and attendance.
As our HR Specialist for sickness and attendance, you’ll be the go-to guru for all things health-related in the workplace, initially piloting initiatives within one of five operational divisions. Think of yourself as the wellness cheerleader, supporting our operational managers and their teams to stay healthy and thrive at work.
Hybrid role – predominantly working from home however you will need be available to travel when required.
