Summary
- Location: Bristol
- Salary: £25,000 plus mileage
- Hours per week: 37.5 - including travel time.
- Training provided: BTEC Level 4 funded and supported by us
- Progression: Salary will increase to £27,500 on completion of Level 4 BTEC Positive Behavioural Support, which we will pay for and support you to complete.
- Required: A full UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle and a willingness to travel across the area. Mileage Paid

As a Positive Behaviour Support Worker (PBS practitioner), you will help young people and adults (16+) with learning disabilities, Autism and sometimes other support needs to transform their lives.
Using techniques built on the principles of inclusion, choice and participation, your support could be the difference between a locked door and an open path to independence.
Who will I support?
You will work with young people (16+) and adults with Learning Disabilities and Autism to provide support that will significantly improve their quality of life and avoid admission to a General Adolescent Unit.
For this role travel across Bristol, South Gloucestershire and North Somerset may be required, with travel time and mileage paid.
