We are looking for warm, resilient and friendly people to join our team supporting 3 ladies who live in Keighley, Bradford. You will be working alongside them in their own home so it’s important you can connect, share interests and be interested. This role will involve a real hands-on approach and you will be supporting people to maintain their health and emotional wellbeing. They enjoy a variety of activities at home and out in the wider community, such as going out for lunch and regular short breaks in the UK. So, if you like thinking up new and exciting things to try this could be the place for you.
You should be available to work 20 hours across the week and alternate weekends.

Ability to commute/relocate: BD21- You must be able to reliably commute for shift start times or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Affinity Trust does not presently hold a Sponsorship Licence and while this status is reviewed regularly there is no present proposal to apply for such a Licence

We will train you in everything you need to be a great Support Worker. We will apply and pay for your enhanced DBS, and we have a mentorship scheme in place to provide support and guide you on your journey with us.

What will you do?
