Our locations across Street, Wells and West Mendip work alongside people with Learning Disabilities and Autism living in their own homes who need people like you to ensure they can live as independently as possible.

If you are good at cooking, managing a budget, planning and managing your time. Or just passionate about helping others, then you could be part of our team supporting people to maintain or learn new skills needed to live their best life!

For this role we need you to be a driver with access to your own car, so you can get around the area and make the most of the time you are spending with the people you support. (Mileage paid)

You should be available to work shifts across the week and weekends, including some sleep-in shifts as needed.

This is a fulltime post for a Female support worker working 37.5 hours per week.

Affinity Trust does not presently hold a Sponsorship Licence and while this status is reviewed regularly there is no present proposal to apply for such a Licence.

What will we do? 

We will train you in everything you need to be a great Support Worker. We will apply and pay for your enhanced DBS, and we have a mentorship scheme in place to provide support and guide you on your journey with us.
