We are looking for someone to join the team supporting 2 gentlemen who share a house in Blean, Kent.

You will be working in their home, so it’s important you can connect, share interests and be interested. They enjoy gardening, long walks, getting out and about and watching films at the cinema.

The gentlemen at Blean like to access the community and have their own vehicles, so you will need to be a driver and willing to drive their vehicle. For this you should have a full UK manual driving licence and have held it for at least 1 year for insurance purposes.

So if you enjoy building meaningful relationships and think you could plan, communicate and deliver support with and alongside people, then this is the place for you.

This is a fulltime post and you will need to be able to work shifts across the week and some weekends.

Affinity Trust does not presently hold a Sponsorship Licence and while this status is reviewed regularly there is no present proposal to apply for such a Licence

What will we do?

We will train you in everything you need to be a great Support Worker and we have a mentorship scheme in place to provide support and guide you on your journey with us.
