Become a Bank Support Worker

We are looking for bank support workers to join our team in Oban. We support people who live in their own homes or with family members and are looking for trustworthy, passionate people who enjoy cooking, using social media, films and listening to music.

You will be working in people’s homes, so it’s important you can connect, share interests and be interested. From making a cuppa on their own to finding their place in community, the people we support have their own goals to shoot for and milestones to reach.
So, if you enjoy building meaningful relationships and think you could plan, communicate and deliver support with and alongside people, then this is the place for you.
Ability to commute/relocate: PA34 - You must be able to reliably commute for shift start times or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Affinity Trust does not presently hold a Sponsorship Licence and while this status is reviewed regularly there is no present proposal to apply for such a Licence
What will we do?
We will train you in everything you need to be a great Bank Support Worker. We will apply and pay for your enhanced DBS.
What will you do?
