Who will I support?
We are looking for someone with experience to our join our team supporting a young woman in her own home in Irvine. You will be working in her home, so it’s important you can connect and be interested. You should be available to work 9am – 9pm, this will include alternate weekends. Our young woman owns her own vehicle, so holding a full UK licence for automatic vehicles is essential for this role.

How will I make a difference?
As a support worker you’ll be there to lend a helping hand in a way that puts the person’s needs first, this means:
