Are you a person that likes to be busy in the community if you are then we have a perfect place for you. The role will be supporting two ladies with learning disabilities, mental health and autism within their own home. 


Become a Support Worker

We are looking for warm and friendly people to join our team supporting people who live independently in Lowestoft. You will be working alongside them in their own home so it’s important you can connect, share interests and be interested. 
This role will involve a real hands-on approach supporting them to maintain their health and wellbeing. 
They enjoy a variety of activities at home and within their community, so if you enjoy new and exciting things to do, then this could be just the place for you.

You should be available to work:

Weekend No1 - Saturday day off
Sunday 7am - 10pm

Weekend No2 - Saturday Late shift-  2.30pm - 10pm, sleep in
Sunday- Early shift - 7-2.30pm 

Ability to commute/relocate: NR32 - You must be able to reliably commute for shift start times or plan to relocate before starting work (required).

Affinity Trust does not presently hold a Sponsorship Licence and while this status is reviewed regularly there is no present proposal to apply for such a Licence.

We will train you in everything you need to be a great Support Worker. We will apply and pay for your enhanced DBS, and we have a mentorship scheme in place to provide support and guide you on your journey with us.
