We are looking for an imaginative and enthusiastic person to join our team supporting an individual in Norwich.

You will be working within their home, so it’s important you can connect, share interests and be interested.

Some people may like to stay up late and watch a film, listen to music with a hot chocolate, or enjoy a relaxing bath before going to bed. For others, they may be early risers and want your support to get up and ready for the day ahead, and so your role will be to provide responsive support during the night and early morning as required. For this role it is essential that you have experience supporting people with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs.

Your should be able to work the night shift times of 10pm-7am, this will include working some weekends.

So, if you enjoy building meaningful relationships and think you could plan, communicate and deliver support with and alongside people, then this is the place for you.

Ability to commute/relocate: To NR6 - You must be able to reliably commute for shift start times or plan to relocate before starting work (required).

Affinity Trust does not presently hold a Sponsorship Licence and while this status is reviewed regularly there is no present proposal to apply for such a Licence.

We will train you in everything you need to be a great Support Worker. We will apply and pay for your enhanced DBS, and we have a mentorship scheme in place to provide support and guide you on your journey with us.

What will you do?
