Become a Support Worker
What matters to the people we support matters to us. It’s their life, their way.

They don’t let this stop them though, expect lots of trips out into the community, including going to the theatre, adaptive ice skating and shopping! You could be part of our team and help to support people to maintain or learn new skills needed to live their best lives!
You should be available to work a variety of shifts across the week and alternate weekends between the hours of 7am-10pm.
For this role we need you to be a driver with a full UK driving licence and be willing to drive a mobility vehicle so you can get around Ratby and surrounding areas and make the most of the time you are spending with the people you support.
So if you enjoy building meaningful relationships and think you could plan, communicate and deliver support with and alongside people, then this is the place for you.
Ability to commute/relocate: LE6 - You must be able to reliably commute for shift start times or plan to relocate before starting work (required).
