We are looking for someone to our join our amazing team supporting 5 people with mental health needs who live in Connel, Oban. They all who all enjoy getting out and about in their community to join in local events, love shopping, cycling, running and going out for day trips.
You will be working in their homes, so it’s important you can connect, share interests and be interested. You should be available to work 24-hour shifts across the week including sleep-in shifts and alternate weekends.
So, if you enjoy building meaningful relationships and think you could plan, communicate and deliver support with and alongside people, then this is the place for you.
Ability to commute/relocate: PA34- You must be able to reliably commute for shift start times or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Affinity Trust does not presently hold a Sponsorship Licence and while this status is reviewed regularly there is no present proposal to apply for such a Licence
What will we do?
We will train you in everything you need to be a great Support Worker. We will apply and pay for your enhanced DBS, and we have a mentorship scheme in place to provide support and guide you on your journey with us.
