As a Support Worker at Affinity Trust, you’ll make a meaningful difference every day—supporting people to live life on their own terms, build confidence and make their own choices.
One day, you might accompany someone on a trip to the supermarket. The next, you could support them to discover a new hobby or achieve a personal goal. Your encouragement helps people live more independently, in the way that’s right for them, while having the freedom to be themselves.
We provide full training to help you deliver the best possible support to people living with learning disabilities, autism or mental health needs.

As a Support Worker, you’ll help people to:

You will need to work shifts (early starting at 7am and late finishing at 10pm) across the week and weekends and be prepared to undertake sleep in shifts for this role.
*Pay rate of £13.19 is effective as of 26th October 2026. Current rate £13.15
