Job Introduction
- Support Worker: Necton, Brecklands district
- Rate: £12.25 per hour, subject to our annual pay uplift on 01/04
- Hours: Full Time (37.5 hrs)
- Training: Full training + NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care
- Required: Full UK driving licence. Access to a vehicle to get to the rural location. Willing to drive manual mobility vehicles

You will be supporting three gentlemen, who have active and fulfilling lives, in their home in Necton. They enjoy walks, trampolining, trips to the seafront, and dining out. They are also regular visitors to National Trust properties where they particularly like indulging in cake and a posh coffee.
In this role you will be encouraged to take the initiative in promoting independence while building meaningful connections and supporting them in the activities they enjoy most.
You will be available for a variety of shifts including long days and essential sleep-ins, with occasional mid-shifts. To be considered, you must hold a full UK driving licence, have access to your own vehicle to travel to the location, and be willing to drive a manual mobility vehicle.
