About the role
You'll be supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs who live in Kidlington and the surrounding area.
Every person is unique, and the support you provide will be tailored to their individual needs, preferences and goals. You'll take time to get to know the people you support, understanding what is important to them and helping them achieve greater independence, confidence and wellbeing.
Support may include:

- Supporting people to access social, leisure and community activities
- Assisting with daily living tasks and household routines

Experience in care or support work is welcome but not essential, as full training and ongoing support will be provided.
