As a Support Worker at Affinity Trust, you’ll play a vital role in helping people live with confidence, independence, and a strong sense of belonging within their local community. Our services are vibrant and active, supporting people who enjoy staying busy, connecting with others, and taking part in meaningful activities.
You’ll be supporting people in a way that is tailored to them. This could include encouraging participation in community life, arts and crafts, cooking, or simply spending quality time together. Some people may also need more hands-on support with mobility and daily living, while others are working towards personal goals such as education, attending college, gaining work experience, or building confidence in paid employment.
No two days are the same. You might be supporting someone to pop to the shops, try a new hobby, or take steps towards greater independence. Whatever the activity, your support will help people feel included, valued, and empowered.
We provide full training to ensure you feel confident in supporting people with learning disabilities, autism, or mental health needs. What truly matters is your kindness, positivity, and genuine desire to make a difference.
