Make a difference by supporting people to live their life, their way
We are looking for a compassionate and proactive individual to support our ladies and gentlemen in their own homes in Harkstead. Your role will be to help them live their best lives, encouraging independence while forming meaningful connections.
Our individuals enjoy a wide range of activities, from relaxing pamper sessions and trips to the hairdresser, to working on the farm, driving tractors, visiting friends and family, and enjoying trips to the cinema. Each day presents new opportunities to enrich their lives and embrace their unique interests.
Supporting individuals with learning disabilities and mental health means honoring their personal journey and empowering them to live confidently and independently. Whether it's enjoying a peaceful walk in the park, visiting a favorite café, or engaging in a beloved hobby, you will play a key role in ensuring they experience life to the fullest.
We can teach you everything you need to know about supporting people well. What we can’t teach you, is the stuff that comes from within:
✨ That buzz you get when you celebrate someone’s wins – big or small.
✨ That natural sense of wanting to make someone’s day brighter.
✨ That understanding that climbing a mountain starts with a single step.
In essence, that’s what we are looking for from you.
