We are looking for someone to join the team supporting 4 people in their own flats in Eastry, Kent, who all enjoy getting out and about in their community. They to join in with local events, love to grab a coffee, go shopping and enjoy drives out.

They also enjoy doing a range of activities at home. If you enjoy crafting, playing games or thinking up new and exciting things to try and also enjoy building meaningful relationships and think you could plan, communicate and deliver support with and alongside people, then this is the place for you.

This is a fulltime role and you will need to be able to work shifts across the week and some weekends.

There are poor public transport links to this location so you will need to drive or have access to transport.to be able to get to and from location for shift times starting at 7am and finishing as late as 10pm.

Affinity Trust does not presently hold a Sponsorship Licence and while this status is reviewed regularly there is no present proposal to apply for such a Licence.


What will we do?

We will train you in everything you need to be a great Support Worker. We will apply and pay for your enhanced DBS, and we have a mentorship scheme in place to provide support and guide you on your journey with us.
