From quiet moments in the garden to exciting days out—whether it’s theatre trips, regular church visits, pub meals, or community adventures—you’ll be there to support, encourage, and connect.
You’ll help people communicate in ways that work for them, using everything from conversation to technology like iPads. Patience, creativity, and a genuine desire to connect in different ways are key.
Your support helps people live more independently, making choices about their daily lives and having the freedom to be themselves. Some may need help with personal care, medication, or getting around—and your role is to empower, respect, and enable them to navigate life with confidence.

You will need to be able to work flexibly across the week, including some weekends and some sleep-in shifts too.
The ability to get to this location as early as 7am and finishing again at 10pm though is essential, as this home is hard to reach using public transport.
