We are opening up a new supported living locations in Bath, the property will have 5 self contained flats supporting people with learning disabilities and Autism.
You will be working in people’s homes, so it’s important you can connect, share interests and be interested in what they would like to do in their lives, so if you are outgoing and active with a genuine interest in sport, walking, running and keeping fit, enjoy keeping up with the latest film releases and enjoy or just passionate about helping others, then you could be part of our team supporting people to maintain or learn new skills needed to live their best life!
So if you enjoy building meaningful relationships and think you could plan, communicate and deliver support with and alongside people, then this is the place for you.
We have full time opportunities and you will need to be able to work flexible shifts across the week and weekends, including sleep in shifts.
Ability to commute/relocate: postcode BA2 - You must be able to reliably commute for shift start times or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Affinity Trust does not presently hold a Sponsorship Licence and while this status is reviewed regularly there is no present proposal to apply for such a Licence.
What will we do?
We will train you in everything you need to be a great Support Worker. We will apply and pay for your enhanced DBS, and we have a mentorship scheme in place to provide support and guide you on your journey with us.
