We are looking for someone to join the team supporting 4 ladies in their own flats in Boulevard, Kent. They enjoy Bingo, Knitting, socialising over a cuppa and shopping.
So if you enjoy building meaningful relationships and think you could plan, communicate and deliver support with and alongside people, then this is the place for you.
This is a full-time role and you should be available to work shifts across the week and some weekends, including some sleep-in shifts as needed.
There are poor public transport links to this location so you will need to drive and have access to your own vehicle to be able to get to and from location for shift times (7am-2.30pm and 2.30pm-10pm)
Ability to commute/relocate: Postcode area CT3 - You must be able to reliably commute for shift start times or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Affinity Trust does not presently hold a Sponsorship Licence and while this status is reviewed regularly there is no present proposal to apply for such a Licence.
What will we do?
We will train you in everything you need to be a great Support Worker. We will apply and pay for your enhanced DBS, and we have a mentorship scheme in place to provide support and guide you on your journey with us.
