We are looking for support workers to join our teams supporting people living in their own homes in Abingdon.

You will be working in their home, so it’s important you can connect, share interests and be interested. They enjoy Cooking and eating out. Socialising and meeting up with friends and family is also important to them, as well as going out for day trips and getting involved in their community.

So if you enjoy building meaningful relationships and think you could plan, communicate and deliver support with and alongside people, then this is the place for you.

We have full time (37.5 hours per week) and part time opportunities (15 hours and 22.5 hours per week),  you must be able to work a variety of shifts across the week and some weekends as well as sleep in shifts as needed.

Ability to commute/relocate: postcode OX14 - You must be able to reliably commute for shift start times or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Affinity Trust does not presently hold a Sponsorship Licence and while this status is reviewed regularly there is no present proposal to apply for such a Licence

What will we do?

We will train you in everything you need to be a great Support Worker. We will apply and pay for your enhanced DBS, and we have a mentorship scheme in place to provide support and guide you on your journey with us.
