This is an exciting leadership opportunity to lead and develop a team of managers across a variety of locations. You will oversee supported living, day opportunities, and outreach locations, helping to ensure people receive high-quality, person-centred support that reflects their individual goals, strengths, and aspirations.

As the CQC Registered Manager, you will be working closely with the Divisional Director, support teams, and local authorities, to shape and grow our locations across Leeds. Join us and play a key role in supporting people to live their lives their way.

  • Deliver safe, consistent, and person-centred support

  • Manage budgets effectively
  • Ensure quality and compliance regulations are met across all your locations
  • Take part in the on-call rota as the Registered Manager for all your locations
  • Build strong relationships with all relevant stakeholders; people supported and their families, members of staff and all other professionals.
