  • Location: Glen Parva, Leicester (LE2)
  • Salary: £12.25 rising to a minimum of £12.71 from April 2026
  • Hours per week: Full time (day shifts and waking nights available)
  • Experience with mental health or complex needs required
  • Training provided: A wide range of training is provided

As a Positive Behavioural Support worker you will help support people with learning disabilities, Autism, mental health and complex needs to transform their lives.  

Who will I support?

You will work with adults (18+) to provide support that will significantly improve their quality of life. This will be supporting an individual within their own home who enjoys Art, running, and visiting places of interest. 


How will I make a difference?

  • Your support will enable the people you support to stay in their own homes and access their communities
  • You will take time to understand the lived experience of the person you’re supporting. You’ll help them build tools they will use for the rest of their lives to live great, independent lives
  • You’ll also support their families, carers and other professionals to apply and embed these steps for long lasting impact
