Job Introduction
- Location: Leicestershire (with national travel as required)
- Salary: £36,776.07 plus mileage
- Hours per week: 37.5 hours, including travel time
- Required: Previous experience working with adults with learning disabilities and Autism. Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner Accreditation - BTEC level 5 or equivalent. A full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle and a willingness to travel as required.

As a Positive Behavioural Support (PBS) practitioner, you will help adults with learning disabilities, Autism and sometimes other support needs to transform their lives.
Using techniques built on the principles of inclusion, choice and participation, your support could make a real difference and an open path to independence
How will I make a difference?
- Your support will enable them you support to stay in their current placements and access their communities meaningfully.
- You’ll help them build tools to live great, independent lives in ways that are meaningful to them.
- You’ll work collaboratively with stakeholders internal and external to the organisation and ensure that the person's voice is heard throughout their support.
What qualifications do I need?
- You will need a Positive Behaviour Support accreditation - BTEC level 5 or equivalent
- Previous experience working with adults with learning disabilities and Autism.
