As a Support Worker at Affinity Trust, you’ll help people enjoy the activities and experiences that matter to them, while supporting them to live with greater confidence, choice, and independence.
From accompanying someone to the shops for a pint of milk to supporting them to try a new hobby, visit the gym for the first time, or travel abroad, every day brings the opportunity to make a meaningful difference.
You don’t need previous experience. We provide full training to help you support people with learning disabilities, autism, or mental health needs. What matters most is your kindness, positivity, and genuine desire to help others enjoy life on their own terms.
You will need to be prepared to undertake weekend shifts and sleep in shifts as part of this role.
