We are looking for a warm and friendly, person to join our brilliant team supporting two gentlemen who live in their own home in Wisbech.
You will be working in their home, so it’s important you can connect, share interests and be interested. They love to get out into the community for walks, visiting charity shops and watching films back at home.
You should be available to work a variety of shifts including long days, sleep-ins and some weekends.
So, if you enjoy building meaningful relationships and think you could plan, communicate and deliver support with and alongside people, then this is the place for you.
Ability to commute/relocate: To PE13 - You must be able to reliably commute for shift start times or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Affinity Trust does not presently hold a Sponsorship Licence and while this status is reviewed regularly there is no present proposal to apply for such a Licence.
What will we do?
We will train you in everything you need to be a great Support Worker. We will apply and pay for your enhanced DBS, and we have a mentorship scheme in place to provide support and guide you on your journey with us
.
