You will be part of a fantastic team that provides support to our lady who lives in her own home in March. She enjoys a range of activities at home including listening to music as well as going out for day trips in the wider community.
You should be available to work:
- Week 1 to work Monday to Friday mornings
- Week 2 to work Monday and Friday morning,
- Total of 35 Hours over a 2 week period. Times are 0930-2.30pm
So, if you enjoy building meaningful relationships and think you could plan, communicate and deliver support with and alongside people, then this is the place for you.
Ability to commute/relocate: PE15 - You must be able to reliably commute for shift start times or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Affinity Trust does not presently hold a Sponsorship Licence and while this status is reviewed regularly there is no present proposal to apply for such a Licence
What will we do?
We will train you in everything you need to be a great Support Worker.
We will apply and pay for your enhanced DBS, and we have a mentorship scheme in place to provide support and guide you on your journey with us.

What will you do?
Supporting people is really important but it’s not all drives or going out. We also support people to take medication, assist with personal care, make healthy lifestyle choices and maintain their home in a way that they feel safe and well.
