We are looking for another female member to join our team working alongside a young lady with Autism in her own house near Bristol (BS7)

Above all you must have a great sense of humour, positive approach, be resilient and have a genuine desire to support her to maintain her quality of life and independence regardless of the potential barriers she sometimes faces.
This young lady likes to get out and about and has her own vehicle, so you will need to be a driver and willing to drive her vehicles. For this you should have a full UK manual driving licence and have held it for at least 1 year for insurance purposes.
So if you enjoy building meaningful relationships and think you could plan, communicate and deliver support with and alongside people, then this is the place for you.
