We're getting ready to welcome people to a new supported living service in Preston and we're looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead with confidence, purpose, and compassion. Join us in doing what we do best: helping people live life their way.
 
Your mission (should you choose to accept it)

You’ll be the CQC Registered Manager and the founding force behind a new supported living team. That means:

  • Delivering safe, consistent, and person-centred support
  • Leading with heart-fostering a culture of respect and value
  • Uniting your team to keep the people we support at the centre of everything
  • Empowering choice and independence in people’s lives
  • Managing budgets effectively
  • Ensuring quality and compliance across all your locations
  • Taking part in the on-call rota as the Registered Manager for all your locations
