Do you have a friendly, upbeat attitude and a genuine desire to help others thrive? We’re looking for someone to join our Leicester (LE2) team, supporting 10 people who live their own flats and a zest for life. Whether it’s enjoying musicals, singing along to music, swimming, hitting the dance floor at a disco, or heading out on day trips, you’ll be there to support and inspire them. If you’re passionate about promoting independence and building genuine connections, we want to hear from you!
There are part time and full time roles available, you will be available for a variety of shifts including mornings, evenings and working alternate weekends. You will need a Full UK Manual Driving Licence for this role.
How will I make a difference?
We can teach you everything you need to know about supporting people well. What we can’t teach you, is the stuff that comes from within:
✨ That buzz you get when you celebrate someone’s wins – big or small.
✨ That natural sense of wanting to make someone’s day brighter.
✨ That understanding that climbing a mountain starts with a single step.
In essence, that’s what we are looking for from you.
