- Training Provided: Full training provided. Opportunities to complete an NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care
- Required: Full UK driving licence and willing to drive mobility vehicles

You will be supporting people in their own homes in Leicester. The people we support enjoy a range of activities, both at home and out in the community such as gaming, going for walks, shopping, visiting the theatre or cinema, playing sports, and going on day trips.
In this role, you’ll encourage independence and build meaningful connections with each person. You’ll need to be positive, proactive, and have a good sense of humour, as well as the ability to inspire them to take part and stay engaged in activities.
You will be available to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and alternate weekends.

You will adapt your support to fit what each person needs and wants daily.
You will encourage people to make their own choices, big and small.
You will help people to do things themselves to be as independent as possible.
You will support people to build confidence and life skills.
You will support people to be a part of their community, joining local clubs and connecting with friends and family.
You will be understanding, allowing people to take their time and do things at their own pace.
You will celebrate people’s achievements, no matter how small they might seem to others.
