We are looking for people to join our amazing team supporting 2 gentleman who share a home in Willesborough, Ashford, Kent.
You will be working in people’s homes, so it’s important you can connect, share interests and be interested. From making a cuppa on their own to finding their place in community, the people we support have their own goals to shoot for and milestones to reach – big or small.
The people we support like to get out and about and have their own vehicles, so you will need to be a driver and willing to drive their vehicles. For this you should have a full UK manual driving licence and have held it for at least 1 year for insurance purposes.
This is a Bank role with shifts available across the week and weekends, including sleep-in shifts and waking nights.
So if you enjoy building meaningful relationships and think you could plan, communicate and deliver support with and alongside people, then this is the place for you.
Ability to commute/relocate: postcode TN24 - You must be able to reliably commute for shift start times or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Affinity Trust does not presently hold a Sponsorship Licence and while this status is reviewed regularly there is no present proposal to apply for such a Licence.

We will train you in everything you need to be a great Bank Support Worker and we will apply and pay for your enhanced DBS,
