What you’ll do

  • Be the first point of contact for People queries, providing clear, accurate guidance and escalating where needed.

  • Prepare contracts, letters and references for new and existing colleagues.
  • Partner with Payroll, Recruitment, Finance and Operations to keep data flowing smoothly.
  • Complete and track compliance checks (Right to Work, DBS/PVG) and produce monthly/quarterly reports.
  • Uphold GDPR by regularly cleansing, auditing and archiving data.

About you

  • Proven admin experience within HR/People Operations and familiarity with an HRIS (iTrent experience desirable).
  • Confident communicator - able to explain processes simply, adapt to different audiences and build trust.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail; comfortable prioritising a busy workload.
  • Data-savvy: comfortable with mail merges, spreadsheets and tracking renewals (e.g. DBS).
  • Values-led, discreet and respectful with confidential information; collaborative and customer-focused.
  • Working knowledge of the employee lifecycle, GDPR, Right to Work and DBS/PVG processes.
  • GCSEs (or equivalent) essential; A-Level and/or CIPD L3+ desirable.

Why join us

  • Purpose-driven work with a People Team that values kindness, clarity and continuous improvement.
  • Real ownership in making colleagues’ experiences smooth and inclusive.
  • Learning support and exposure across People, Payroll, Finance and Operations.
  • Flexible working options, wellbeing support and inclusive policies.

Inclusion matters
