You will be supporting individuals who have moved into their own home for the first time, so it’s important you can connect, share interests and be interested. From making a cuppa on their own to finding their place in community by attending music events, sports, and swimming and much more. 

 We have many shifts available such as long days, early and late shifts and sleep ins

So if you enjoy building meaningful relationships and think you could plan, communicate and deliver support with and alongside people, then this is the place for you.

Ability to commute/relocate: To NR32 - You must be able to reliably commute for shift start times or plan to relocate before starting work (required).

Affinity Trust does not presently hold a Sponsorship Licence and while this status is reviewed regularly there is no present proposal to apply for such a Licence.
 
What will we do?

We will train you in everything you need to be a great Support Worker. We will apply and pay for your enhanced DBS, and we have a mentorship scheme in place to provide support and guide you on your journey with us.
