The experience we would ideally look for would be someone who has worked in the learning disability community or who has worked in elderly care and is a good communicator with high standards on how to deliver support and meeting people’s needs.
The person we support loves crafty bits and enjoying a chat as well as family time, the role would ideally suit someone with patience, kindness and a friendly approach.
