  • Hourly rate: £12.43 per hour
  • Hours per week: Full time (37.5 hours)  Part time also available  (22.5-30 hours)
  • Training Provided: Full training provided. Opportunities to complete an NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care

Who will I support?

We are looking for female support workers to join our team supporting people with learning disabilities and complex support needs, in their own home.

Supporting people to feel empowered to live their live with confidence and choice you will be actively assisting with all aspects of daily living including a range of activities outside of their home so should enjoy being active and be able to take the lead in supporting people to try new things and to help build new social links. 

You will need to be prepared to work shifts as part of a flexible rota, including some weekends and sleep in shifts. 

Previous experience of supporting people with additional health care needs would be an advantage, as would supporting people with non-verbal communication needs.
