Hourly rate: £13.45 per hour
Hours per week: 15 hours (3 waking nights over a 2 week period)
Training Provided: Full training provided. Opportunities to complete an NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care
Required: Previous experience supporting Autism (either personally or professionally)

At Affinity Trust, we empower people to lead meaningful lives on their own terms. As a waking night support worker, you will play a key role in providing reassurance, safety, and consistent support overnight.
Who will I support?
In this role, you will be supporting a lady in her home during waking night shifts. Your presence will help ensure she feels safe, settled, and supported throughout the night. These shifts follow a 2-week rota: week one includes a Saturday night, and week two includes both Saturday and Sunday nights.
You will provide attentive and responsive support, including offering reassurance, maintaining a calm environment, and supporting with any needs that may arise during the night or early morning.
