We are looking for people to join our team supporting 2 ladies living in their own home in Theale.
You will be working in their home, so it’s important you can connect, share interests and be interested. They enjoy Cooking, Art and crafts. Eating out, going to the pub and Socialising.
So if you enjoy building meaningful relationships and think you could plan, communicate and deliver support with and alongside people, then this is the place for you.
This is a fulltime role and you should be able to work shifts across the week and some weekends.
The people we support like to get out and about and have their own vehicles, so you will need to be a driver and willing to drive their vehicles. For this you should have a full UK manual driving licence and have held it for at least 1 year for insurance purposes.
Ability to commute/relocate: To RG7 - You must be able to reliably commute for shift start times or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Affinity Trust does not presently hold a Sponsorship Licence and while this status is reviewed regularly there is no present proposal to apply for such a Licence.
What will we do?
We will train you in everything you need to be a great Support Worker. We will apply and pay for your enhanced DBS, and we have a mentorship scheme in place to provide support and guide you on your journey with us.
