Have you ever considered the difference a smile can make? Taking the time to listen, understand, and empower someone to make their own choices can have a huge impact. As a Support Worker, it’s about helping people live their best lives - in the ways they choose to.
At Affinity Trust, what matters most is your compassion and willingness to make a difference. Every day offers the chance to learn, grow, and see the real impact of your support in the lives of people around you.
We support both men and women with learning disabilities, mental health needs, autism, and physical disabilities within shared accommodation. In this role, you will play a vital part in enabling individuals to live as independently as possible, supporting them in a way that is truly person-centred and tailored to their unique needs and preferences.
Day to day, this may include accompanying individuals on their weekly food shop, supporting them to attend local community groups, encouraging social connections with family and friends, or simply sharing enjoyment of their favourite music.
Joining Affinity Trust means you'll be with caring colleagues, gain hands-on training that helps you grow into the role, and discover that what you do each day matters.
