- Training Provided: Full training provided and an opportunity to complete an NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care

We currently have a position available for a female outreach support worker in our Outreach service in Nunney.
You will be supporting just one person in their own home during specific support times as detailed blow.
Please ensure you can commit to this 2 week rota pattern before applying.
Week 1; Friday 8am-4pm, Saturday 8am-9am then 2pm-4pm and Sunday 8am-4pm
Week 2; Thursday 8am-9am then 2.30pm-4.30pm, Friday 8am-9.30am then 3pm-4pm and Sunday 8am-4pm
