We are looking for an energetic, adventurous person to join our team in Great Finborough. We support 5 people who are outgoing and active who live in a rural area. They love visiting the local cinema and going for long walks as well as puzzles, boat watching and seeing friends and family to name just a few of their passions.
You will be working in people’s homes, so it’s important you can connect, share interests and be interested.
This is a Bank role with shifts available across the week and weekends, including long days, sleep-ins and Waking Night shifts.
An essential part of this role is being a driver and having access to your own vehicle due to its rural location.
So if you enjoy building meaningful relationships and think you could plan, communicate and deliver support with and alongside people, then this is the place for you.
Ability to commute/relocate: To IP14 - You must be able to reliably commute for shift start times or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Affinity Trust does not presently hold a Sponsorship Licence and while this status is reviewed regularly there is no present proposal to apply for such a Licence
What will we do?
We will train you in everything you need to be a great Bank Support Worker and we will apply and pay for your enhanced DBS.
What will you do?
Supporting individuals is incredibly meaningful, and it goes beyond just outings and activities. We also assist people in managing their medications, making healthy lifestyle choices, and maintaining their homes to ensure they feel safe and well.
