We are looking for a female bank support worker to join our team supporting 2 adults living in their own flats in Burton Latimer.

 You will be working in people’s homes, so it’s important you can connect, share interests and be interested, So if you enjoy building meaningful relationships and think you could plan, communicate and deliver support with and alongside people, then this is the place for you. 

The 2 people in Burton Latimer like to get out and about and have their own vehicles, so you will need to be a driver and willing to drive their vehicles. For this you should have a full UK manual driving licence and have held it for at least 1 year for insurance purposes. 

This is a Bank role with shifts available across the week and weekends, including sleep-in shifts.

Affinity Trust does not presently hold a Sponsorship Licence and while this status is reviewed regularly there is no present proposal to apply for such a Licence.

What will we do? 

We will train you in everything you need to be a great bank support worker.  We will apply and pay for your enhanced DBS, and we have a mentorship scheme in place to provide support and guide you on your journey with us.

Supporting people is really important but it’s not all trips out and garden centres. We also support people to make healthy lifestyle choices and maintain their home in a way they feel safe and well.
