- Salary: £35,450.72 per annum - subject to annual uplift on 01/04
- Hours per week: Full time (37.5 hours) & participation in an on-call rota
- Full UK driving licence and access to a car/vehicle.
Day Opportunities Manager – Leeds
As a Day Opportunities Manager you will lead our Day service provision, with a focus on developing our offer, promoting independence, and engaging people in their local community.
You will work as part of the wider North management team and may be required to support across different locations including our Supported Living provision, ensuring you work flexibility and in collaboration with colleagues across the region.

Your mission (should you choose to accept it)
Lead and develop a high-performing team, promoting a strong person-centred culture
- Support individuals to achieve agreed outcomes such as:
- Health and wellbeing
- Access to employment opportunities
- Building relationships and social networks
- Developing confidence and life skills (e.g. money management, cooking, travel)
- Oversee co-produced activity planning both within the opportunities building and in the community
- Ensure support is safe, effective, and aligned with regulatory and organisational standards
- Participate in the on-call rota and attend management meetings
- Use systems such as Radar, Sona, Nourish, and Power BI to monitor and drive performance
