Join our team as a Bank Waking Night Support Worker and enjoy the flexibility of working across a range of locations while making a real difference in people’s lives.
You’ll be supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, or mental health needs in their home, so it’s important you can connect, whether its because they like to stay up late and watch a film, listen to Music with a hot chocolate, or enjoy a relaxing bath before going to bed. Or they may be early risers and want your support to get up and ready for the day ahead, and so your role will be to provide responsive support during the night and early morning as required.
Note: You will need to be available for training and induction shifts during the day, as required.
