We are looking for someone to join the team and connect, share interests and be interested in supporting the people who live in Bexhill on Sea, to enjoy a number of activities such as walking, gardening, community engagement and day to day skills development, like cooking.

So, if you have an interest in any of these or other activities and hobbies and enjoy building meaningful relationships and think you could plan, communicate and deliver support with and alongside people, then this is the place for you.


This is a Bank role with shifts available across the week and weekends, including sleep-in shifts and waking nights.

Ability to commute/relocate: postcode TN40 - You must be able to reliably commute for shift start times or plan to relocate before starting work (required)


Affinity Trust does not presently hold a Sponsorship Licence and while this status is reviewed regularly there is no present proposal to apply for such a Licence.


What will we do?

We will train you in everything you need to be a great Bank Support Worker. We will apply and pay for your enhanced DBS, and we have a mentorship scheme in place to provide support and guide you on your journey with us.

What will you do?

Supporting people is really important but it’s not all shopping trips and cafés. We also support people to take medication, assist with personal care, make healthy lifestyle choices and maintain their home in a way that they feel safe, well and happy.
